AI solutions
Choose and set up your AI solutions.
An advisory and set-up engagement, independent of software vendors: I sell no software. I take stock of what your teams use and of what the market offers, recommend for each need whether to keep, adjust, replace or stop a solution, set up the ones you keep with your IT department, then hand them over to the people who will use them, with a test set they rerun on their own. You decide at every step; a solution is kept only if it serves a specific task of the team.
How an engagement works.
- Inventory of internal and external solutions.
What you already pay for, what your teams use, and what is available on the market.
- Assessment of how well the shortlisted solutions fit your needs.
For each need, my recommendation, in light of your budget and your teams' skills: keep, adjust, replace or stop a tool, or adopt a new one, with its full cost, proofreading time included. You decide.
- Integration and set-up with the technical teams.
The solutions you keep, configured with your documents and data with your IT department, then tested on real tasks, in the team's actual workflow.
- Handover to the operational teams.
The team runs the tool without me, reruns its test set on its own (questions whose right answer it already knows) and knows how to correct a setting. It reruns that test set whenever the model changes: the tools move, your right answers do not.
A few examples of solutions.
- An assistant set up to follow your instructions, which helps one person.
- A knowledge base, which answers from your documents and cites its sources.
- An automation, which always follows the same steps.
- An agent, an AI that receives an objective and chooses its own steps, under the supervision of a person who answers for it.
Three months on.
- The team reruns its test set whenever the model changes, and notes what has changed.
- The usage rules written at handover are read again: what holds, what has been worked around, and why.
- You know which tools run without me, and what proofreading still costs.
Fees.
On quotation, tailored: every engagement is calibrated to the ambition, means, resources and scope of the project. You can bring me in for a single tool, with no preliminary study.
You may need one or more technical specialists, in-house or external, to integrate and set up the solutions.
You keep the analysis, the tools set up on your accounts, their test set, the usage rules and the documentation. What I do not do: develop bespoke software, or deploy an agent that speaks to your clients on behalf of the brand.
