AI training · Shift Happens programme

Train your teams in AI on their real assignments.

AI training, on your premises or remotely, in four formats: getting a team to adopt AI, AI basics, handing a task to AI agents, and one-to-one support. Your teams already use AI, often on their own and with no guidance; I train them on their own documents and on the real assignments of their working day, whatever their job. Concepts first, then practice: I explain, I demonstrate, they do it themselves.

Four formats, from whole teams to a single executive.

Each format is a starting point, adapted to your team during an initial scoping call.

  1. 1

Getting your team to adopt AI

For team leaders and project leads: choose the first uses, set the rules, decide what the team does with the time it gains, measure what changes. Each person leaves with the adoption plan for their team. This is where a team starts; its members then take AI basics. If an AI doctrine exists, the rules and safeguards approved by management, they start from it; it is written in an AI strategy engagement.

  2. 2

    AI basics

For any team starting out: phrase a request, have AI work on the team's own documents, check what it claims. The team leaves with its first knowledge base, a tool that answers from its documents. If your team already does all this, go straight to agents.

  3. 3

Handing a task to AI agents

For teams that have mastered the basics. An agent is an AI you give an objective rather than a list of steps; the team leaves with an agent set up on one of its tasks. Not for a team starting out: begin with AI basics.

  4. 4

    One-to-one support

For an executive or an individual employee: sessions on their own assignments, at their own pace. For a whole team, see formats 1 to 3.

How the training works.

  1. Scoping.

45 minutes with you, to adapt the format to your team.

  2. Two half-days.

Three and a half hours each, one week apart, twelve people at most, each working on their own documents.

  3. Thirty-day review.

90 minutes, thirty days after the second half-day: what is running, what was dropped, and why.

At the end of the training.

Three months on.

Fees.

On quotation, tailored: every engagement is calibrated to the ambition, means, resources and scope of the project.

On your premises or remotely, with the AI tools you already pay for or the one chosen at scoping. No technical skills required.
