My method, and its instruments.
Technology in service of judgment, never the other way around. Here is how I work, and the instruments that serve your audits and your plan.
My method blends human judgment with instruments I designed and steer: NarrativeGuard for the Agentic Footprint Audit, Studio LAE and the Guardian Committee (eleven Luxury House leadership voices) for the delegation plan, a weekly public laboratory and its connector. The same method runs my own practice.
How I work.
The same six moves recur across everything I produce: audit, delegation plan, training, study, newsletter. Agents I designed do the volume; nothing ships without my own read and decision.

The leader, the teams, what is said and what is left unsaid. The framing starts there, not from a ready-made template.
- 2Research
Every fact checked against two concordant sources, always a primary source, never a search-engine summary.
- 3Measure
A number where most settle for an impression, and a grid that makes the findings comparable.
- 4Structure
Fixed templates, numbered priorities, quick wins first.
- 5Explain
No jargon. Every finding leads to a named owner, an indicator, a safeguard.

Everything goes into permanent reference bases. Each assignment feeds the next.
