My method.

From diagnosis to execution, one standard: technology in service of judgment, never the other way around. Here is how I work — and with which instruments.

My method blends human judgment with AI agents I operate and manage : Studio LAE for the Delegation Plan, NarrativeGuard for the Footprint Audit, and the Guardian Committee — eleven Luxury House leadership voices — that challenges every client deliverable before it ships. From diagnosis to execution, technology stays in service of judgment.

How I work.

Technology equips my judgment; it doesn't replace it. The same moves recur across everything I produce — audit, delegation plan, training, study, newsletter. I rely on agents and tools I have built and operate myself; nothing ships without my own read and sign-off.

  1. 1
    Listen

Before any proposal, I listen: the leader, the teams, what is said and what is left unsaid. I gather everything the House can share with me. The framing starts there, not from a ready-made template.

  2. 2
    Research

I study the House in depth: its codes, its stakes, its projects. I check every fact against at least two concordant sources, always a primary source, never a search-engine summary.

  3. 3
    Measure

I put a number where most settle for an impression: a score, a rank, a citation rate. A scoring grid makes the findings comparable.

  4. 4
    Structure

I work with fixed templates and a clear order of progress: numbered priorities, rollout in stages, quick wins first.

  5. 5
    Explain

I make the technical clear, without jargon. Every finding leads to a concrete action for a leadership team: a named owner, an indicator, a safeguard.

  6. 6
    Retain

I keep nothing in my head alone: everything goes into permanent reference bases — verified knowledge, mistakes never repeated, templates, scripts. Each assignment feeds the next.

My agents & tools, by mission.

Advisory & strategy

Studio LAE · Delegation plan

Studio LAE, the agentic studio I operate. The Agentic Delegation Plan and its proprietary tools: the delegation matrix (what to hand to an agent, what to keep in human hands) and the use-case backlog, prioritised and costed. The Guardian Committee — eleven House leadership voices (general management, finance, digital, legal, creative, client relations…) — challenges every client deliverable before it ships.

Audits & measurement

NarrativeGuard · Footprint Audit

Five consumer AIs queried at scale, hundreds of responses scored on six criteria: how the agents speak about your House, measured. The engine behind the client audits and the online visibility diagnostic.

Research & intelligence

Sector monitoring & analysis

Agents monitor the sector continuously — Houses, AI players, weak signals — cross-check sources and weed out repetition: they feed me the raw material; I decide and analyse. The Editorial Committee, a panel of experts, challenges the substance and rigour of my publications.

Training

Shift Happens and coaching

Tailored sessions for leaders and teams: agents to handle and test live, to get familiar and start using them on concrete needs. One-to-one executive coaching is a separate, ongoing monthly engagement.
