The agentic delegation plan, executive version.

The same method and the same tools as the full plan, the task inventory, the Grille de Délégation, one sheet per task, the guardrail book, brought down to two days with you and your team, then thirty days of follow-up. What you delegate is decided, one or two agents run on a real workflow, your team knows how to steer them. I practise it on my own work.

The Agentic Delegation Plan, executive version: two days with the executive and their team, then thirty days of follow-up, €6,000 to €9,000 excl. VAT depending on scope. At the end, decisions are written down, one or two agents run on a real workflow, and the team knows how to steer them. As a follow-on, a monthly follow-up (two sessions a month, a direct line, €2,500 excl. VAT per month). The plan's two other formats, team version (one day, €3,500 excl. VAT) and House version (on scoping), are described on the plan page. Under a mutual NDA.

Executive support for agentic delegation

Deciding what to entrust to agents has become a leadership call. Delegating the wrong task damages the House; delegating nothing wastes time and ground. The executive committee produces opinions, the field partial data, consultancies generic frameworks. No one sits next to you to decide task by task, then stays until the agent runs on your real workflow.

That is what this support does, and it finishes the job.

Typical profiles — non-exhaustive.

  1. 01

    CEO

You arbitrate without a peer-level AI reference inside your house.

  2. 02

    CMO

You hold the brand narrative and see the agents rewriting it in your place.

  3. 03

    CDO

You carry digital transformation and AI arrives without a manual.

  4. 04

    Founder alone at the top

You decide without hierarchy, without peers, without relays.

You come with your workflows. I come with a method and agents. We decide together, then we install.

The executive coach listens to you. The technical provider installs without you. This support does both: scoped sessions where we settle what gets delegated, and a set-up with you, on your tools, until the team runs it alone.

You bring

Your situation, your workflows, your rules

The raw material. The tasks that come back every week, the data you agree to open and the data you lock, what your House will never delegate. Total privacy: bilateral NDA, no external capitalisation.

  • Candidate tasks (reporting, monitoring, follow-ups, briefs, meeting preparation)
  • The House's red lines (what stays in human hands, and why)
  • The tools already in place and the accounts you can open
  • The people who will steer the agents after I leave
I bring

A peer who walked the path on his own work

Five years inside the Maisons (Saint Laurent, Le Bon Marché), twelve years advising them from agencies (Mazarine, Australie GAD, WIDE), six running my own. And today, a one-person company whose prospecting, monitoring, publishing and audits are run by agents, under guardrails, all online. Not a coach by trade, not a developer: a peer.

  • The Grille de Délégation: no AI, supervised AI, autonomous AI, task by task
  • Agents configured with you, on your tools (Claude, GPT, your mailboxes and calendars)
  • Written guardrails: data, confidentiality, what the agent is not allowed to do
  • Thirty days of follow-up after installation, by WhatsApp or email, until it runs

The format, and its follow-on.

  1. The format · The delegation plan, executive version

Two days with you and your team, then thirty days of follow-up.

Day one: the inventory of candidate tasks and the Grille de Délégation, settled with you. Day two: one or two agents set up on a real workflow, written guardrails, the team trained to steer them. Thirty days of follow-up afterwards. Deliverables: the written decisions, the agents in service, the guardrail book. €6,000 to €9,000 excl. VAT depending on scope.

  2. The follow-on · The monthly follow-up

Two sessions a month, a direct line, one more task every month.

For the executive who wants to move forward every month: one more delegated task, one agent adjusted, one decision settled, and a WhatsApp line between sessions. One message, one argued reply. €2,500 excl. VAT per month, no minimum term.

  3. The plan's other formats

For a team, or for the whole House.

The team version: one day, up to twelve people, an agent in service by the end, €3,500 excl. VAT. The House version: the plan across the seven fields, on scoping. The three formats →

I practise this plan on my own practice: prospecting, monitoring, publishing and audits are delegated to agents, under guardrails, and I show it in thirty minutes. Three footprint audits have been delivered to Houses in 2026; the plan's reference deliverable is online. The first executive supported in this format will be named here, with their consent.

Delegate the execution, keep the judgement.
